Paul Dunham received his bachelor and Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University and moved to Texas shortly after to open his own law practice. He started the Dunham Law Firm over 20 years ago and has since grown it into one of the largest criminal defense practices in Texas. He has law offices in Fort Worth and Austin. The Ft. Worth office is also one of the largest criminal defense firms in the DFW metroplex. Paul now has nearly 50 lawyers and staff handling all types of cases. The Fort Worth office of the Dunham Law Firm is now one of the largest criminal defense firms in Tarrant County, Texas.
Born in Cleburne Texas, Scotty graduated from Baylor Law School. Scotty is a member of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Attorneys.
Scotty has handled every type of criminal case in Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Johnson, Parker, and Collin counties. He has managed thousands of clients including those arrested for DWI, assault, theft and other crimes. He also supervised and managed hundreds of jury trials for DWI, assaults, and other criminal cases.
John L. Fritz

John Fritz is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been practicing criminal law in Texas for over 13 years. He began his legal career as a briefing attorney for Chief Justice Paul Green at the Court of Appeals for the 14th Judicial District of Texas in Houston. He then held the same position with Justice Sarah Duncan at the Court of Appeals for the 4th Judicial District of Texas in San Antonio. Finally, he moved on to working as a judicial clerk for Judge Sharon Keller at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin - the highest criminal court in the state.
He also worked as a criminal prosecutor in Bexar County, Texas. Since then, he has worked as an advocate for those accused of crimes in Texas.
John practices criminal law exclusively, focusing primarily on cases in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He practices in both State and Federal Court, and he handles trial and appellate representation. John maintains his dedication to extensive continuing education in the area of criminal law, and he belongs to the Dallas County Bar Association Criminal Law Section, the Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers' Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Criminal Law Section of the Federal Bar Association.
Jeffrey R. Casey

Jeff Casey has been representing people arrested Texas for over 15 years and has been practicing law for over 23 years. Jeff worked his way through law school at the Harris County District Attorney's office in Houston, Texas. He then began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney at the Brazos County District Attorney's office in Bryan, TX. There, Jeff acquired experience trying felony cases including theft, DWI, burglary, drug possession and delivery, and homicide. Jeff also wrote and argued numerous appeals to the First, Tenth, and Fourteenth Courts of Appeal.
This background led Jeff to work as a staff attorney for the Court of Criminal Appeals where he researched the law and wrote proposed opinions for the judges of Texas' highest court for criminal cases. Jeff also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida writing appeals and presenting oral arguments in criminal cases.
C. Mark Nelon

Mark Nelon attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. While at Texas A&M, Mark was a member of the Corps of Cadets, where he attained the rank of Cadet Lieutenant Colonel his senior year as a member of Corps Staff. Upon graduation with a BS in electrical engineering, he accepted a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.
Following his four plus years active duty during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Mark attended law school at the University of Houston where he graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. After getting his law license he began practicing law in Fort Worth, Texas. While in private practice, Mark joined the Marine Corps Reserve to continue serving his country.
Mark left private practice to become a prosecutor in Guadalupe County, Texas. He prosecuted both adult and juvenile cases until he again opened a private practice focusing on criminal defense. Mark continued to represent those arrested in Texas until he was activated by the military to serve a tour of duty in Iraq. While active, Mark served with the First and Forth Marine Divisions during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Upon deactivation from the military, Mark returned to DFW and he joined the Fort Worth office of the Dunham Law Firm. Mark currently serves as the supervising attorney over the criminal defense section in the Fort Worth office.
Since receiving his law license, Mark has tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases. In 2009, Mark has tried two felonies and ten plus misdemeanor cases to both the court and jury. Mark has received numerous not guilty verdicts, including a felony DWI and a misdemeanor DWI where there was a blood test of 0.13.
Mark continues to serve his country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He is currently assigned to United States Central Command, Tampa Florida as Deputy Director, Current Operations, J6.
Atticus J. Gill
